Divorce.  A big word and a big decision.  One that many take too
lightly.  After 2 decades working to stop divorces, I have heard
all the reasons people give — really the justifications.  So here is
my Top 10 List!

10)  This just isn’t fun anymore!

Reality Check:  “Fun” isn’t really what it is about, is it?  There is
no promise that times will be fun.  In fact, I think the real
question is “what can you learn from these tough times?”

So you and your toddler have been cruising right along with potty training. You haven’t had too many potty training problems, and it seems like your little one is really getting the hang of it. Then, one day your little one decides that he doesn’t want to use the potty anymore. In fact, he simply refuses.

One of the most important aspects of potty training, and being successful with potty training, is that your child wants to potty train. Their cooperation in this matter is important! Without their cooperation, it’s almost impossible to successfully potty train your toddler.

Lately it seems like the internet is taking over the world. Children use the internet for everything from playing games to doing research to keeping in touch with their friends. So why is such a widely used medium consistently neglected by the watchful eyes of parents? You monitor what your children watch on TV, what movies they go to see and who they hang out with, so why not monitor their activity on the internet?

Some parents may call this an invasion of privacy, but when your child’s safety could be at stake the idea of privacy no longer exists. Child predators have free reign over the internet because they can assumed the identity of someone your child can trust, usually a child of the same age. It is up to you as a parent to teach your children to look out for their predators and use the internet safely.

Most of the parents go through the difficulty of sleepless nights before that long-wished-for time come, when your baby manage to sleep through the whole night.

Getting a baby to adjust to a normal sleep schedule can be a challenge for new parents. If you want your baby to get into good sleep habits, you need to do your bit, too.

There is an old joke: “Anyone who says they slept like a baby has obviously never had one.” But, as I well recall, it’s no joke when you’re grappling with a baby who seems to think a decent sleep is 40 minutes long.
