The great J. Paul Getty once said, “To succeed in a business, to reach the top, an individual must know all it is possible to know about that business.”
Just think of what Mr. Getty could have done with the network marketing and the internet!
In network marketing the business is Leverage. Leverage gives you the power in this business whereby, you don’t have to “know it all” to reach the top. In fact, success in our business comes from using what other people know to accomplish your goals. Leverage is POWER!
By harnessing and using the power of leverage, even the smallest efforts can achieve amazing results.
Leverage is everything from your time, energy and effort all the very same way. You will also leverage knowledge plus other people’s tools, technology, your company, meetings, systems and so forth.
J. Paul Getty once said, “I would rather earn one percent off 100 people’s efforts than 100 percent of my own.” The man knew what he was talking about when it came to leverage.
Now, what we leverage in network marketing the most is people. The way that is done is through the power of duplication. What I mean by that is, you are going to make an exact copy of the original.
In network marketing, we do not duplicate people, we duplicate the system. That is the key!
Now, the last thing you, I, or anybody else wants or needs is this industry is people who look, act, and talk just the same. But what we do need is what it was like in school, everyone learns the same system of education, in Network Marketing you want to learn the same system no matter what background you have.
The power behind this business and the goal is that all people from all different backgrounds each with his or her own special goals, talents and personalities come together and learn to do those same proven actions that guarantee success.
If you remember only one thing is that you never, EVER do is to reinvent the wheel. The cardinal law of our business is this: Never– ever!–reinvent the wheel.
The SOLUTION in Network Marketing is the SYSTEM, A UNIFORMED System.
A Uniformed System is whereby everyone learns the same successful system, thus creating the ultimate in duplication. You are not having several different people doing several different systems, THAT will lead straight to failure.
Network Marketing is the most powerful system of distribution and sales the world has ever seen. Not one thing harnesses the awesome market-moving power of leverage, duplication, geometric progression and growth like network marketing does, nothing comes close.
Duplication IS the secret to success and the KEY to that success is that you DO NOT duplicate people, you duplicate the system.
McDonalds is the most successful restaurant in the world doing $20 billion dollars and do you know why? Its because that their system is duplicatable, anyone can work at McDonalds, at any age.
Every McDonalds you walk into from Los Angeles to Moscow to Tokyo is the same. The french fry machine is on the left, in almost 9000 McDonalds worldwide, the french fry machine is on the left. It’s the system. Certainly not the food. And who runs these McDonalds? Kids do. The majority of people who work at McDonalds are high school kids or Senior citizens, no matter what age you are, you can work at McDonalds at any location because of the system.
Always remember, this business is all about leverage and when you have the right tools in place to take advantage of leverages power you will succeed.
Remember, people duplicate the system, do not duplicate people, that is the key to network marketing that will open the door to success. Learn that duplication guarantees your network marketing business to be…Idiot Proof!
